Important disclosures

The information on this website is provided by RAEV Rentals, LLC for general informational purposes only. It is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and it is not tax, legal, accounting or investment advice. Participation in RAEV FleetPro™ is available only through signed program documents, which control in the event of any conflict with this website.

Risks

  • Vehicle ownership involves significant risk, including loss of capital, leverage, and personal liability on recourse loans and any personal guarantees.
  • Income depends on vehicle utilization, rental rates, operating costs, insurance, accidents and resale values, all of which can change.
  • The 18% target return on the down payment (calculated on 10% of the vehicle price) and the flat monthly fee are paid only from available rental revenue and are targets, not guarantees. Owners remain liable on their loans.
  • The 48-month buyback, loan payoff and 10%-of-payoff refund are targets, not guarantees.
  • Vehicles are illiquid assets; early exit may not be available on favorable terms.

Fees

A 3% platform fee is due at closing. A 1% loan origination fee is added to the loan. RAEV Rentals may also earn compensation from vehicle procurement and from its agreement with the fleet operator, and may pay referral fees to referral partners. All fees are disclosed in program documents.

Taxes

First-year bonus depreciation and other tax benefits depend on qualifying property, placed-in-service timing, passive-activity and at-risk rules, §280F limits and sufficient offsetting income. Depreciation recapture on sale or buyback is generally taxable unless offset. Illustrative tax savings assume stated tax rates and may not reflect your situation. Consult your own tax, legal and financial professionals.

Referral partners

Referral partners are independent contractors and may receive a referral fee from RAEV Rentals for clients they introduce. Referral partners are not authorized to give tax, legal or investment advice about the program or make promises about returns, tax benefits or buybacks.

RAEV FleetPro™ is a trademark of RAEV Rentals, LLC. ZEVO, Tesla and other names are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention does not imply endorsement.

Privacy policy

We collect the information you submit through our forms (such as name, email, phone, state and details about your interest) and basic website analytics. We use it to respond to you, provide program information, register referrals and operate our business. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers and program partners (such as approved lenders and our fleet operator) as needed to serve you, or as required by law.

If you were referred by a referral partner, we may share the status of your registration with that partner. You can ask us to update or delete your information, or opt out of marketing, at any time by emailing info@raevrentals.com.
